The mark consists of the stylized, black wording "URBANI" appearing above the stylized, black wording "TRUFFLES". In between the wording "URBANI" and "TRUFFLES" is the depiction of two groups of three black and white coins separated by a circle containing the black and white depiction of a farmer working the fields with a dog in front of ticket of trees. Located below the farmer and dog in the field is a white banner containing the black wording "MARCA DI FABBRICA". The three coins appearing to the left of the farmer and dog in the field are arranged in a triangle. The left most coin comprises the bust of a head with the wording "VITTORIO EMANUELE ILL RE D'ITALIA", to the right of this coin appears another coin containing the depiction of a wreath with the wording "ESPOS. INTERNAZIONALE IN ROMA 1912 TORINO 1911" below that coin is another coin containing the depiction of non-descript person sitting in front of building. The three coins appearing to the right of the farmer and dog in the field are also arranged in a triangle. The rightmost coin comprises the bust of a head, to the left of this coin appears another coin containing the circular wording "ESPOSIZIONE INTERNAZIONALE TORINO 1911" surrounding the wording "A PAOLO URBANI" below this coin appears another coin containing the depiction of a wreath and banner inside which is the wording "PARIGI 1911". The coins, wording in the coins as well as the images in the coins are in the colors black and white. Below the black wording "TRUFFLES" is a black rectangular band containing the white wording "BLACK TRUFFLES AND MUSHROOMS". Below the black band is the depiction of a two tan, white and grey mushrooms located above the depiction of a black truffle.
