The mark consists of the literal elements "VENENUM BIODESIGN" and a stylized oval containing the depiction of a chemical structure; the letters "NENUM" in "VENENUM" appear in front of the stylized oval and above the chemical structure, the term "BIODESIGN" appears in front of the stylized oval and below the chemical structure; horizontal streaks appear behind the literal elements and stylized oval; the colors dark blue and black appear in the literal element "VENENUM" where "VENENUM" is dark blue with black highlighting, the colors light blue and black appear in the literal element "BIODESIGN" where "BIODESIGN" is light blue with black highlighting, the colors light blue, gray and black appear in the chemical structure where the polygon outlines are in gray and black and the interior is light blue, and the colors light blue, dark blue and white appear in the stylized oval where the oval is outlined in dark blue and the interior is white toward the top turning to light blue, then to dark blue and then to white, and the colors gray, light blue and dark blue appear in the horizontal streaks with gray toward the top fading to light blue and then to dark blue. There is a partial gray shadow beneath the oval. The remainder of the white in the mark is background area which is not a part of the mark.
