A smiling woman's head appears on the top right of the banner. The woman has a white hat with red bows and lacing, white and red stripes at the top of the hat, black dots at the front of the hat, and beige skin, brown hair, red lips, white teeth, white eyes with blue and black centers, and a red and white striped and dotted collar.
