The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a transparent bottle with a bottle cap, wherein the bottle cap is colored silver, and underneath the cap is a small black label, containing the stylized wording "FIRE & ICE" with the words "FIRE" and "ICE" colored silver, and the ampersand colored red, with the word "FIRE" having a stylized silver mountain range over it, and the ampersand having a smaller mountain range over it colored black and outlined in silver. On the body of the bottle, centered at the top is the stylized wording "FIRE & ICE" wherein the wording "FIRE" and "ICE" are colored black and outlined in silver, and the ampersand is colored red and outlined in silver, with a small silver mountain range over the ampersand, outlined in black. Below this wording is the smaller, stylized stacked wording "VODKA ORIGINAL" colored black with silver outlining. Below all of the wording on the body of the bottle is a large stylized design of a mountain, colored in black and silver and outlined in white, with other white mountain shapes behind, and with the mountain reflecting in a black pool of water, and two black birds with wings outstretched in flight outlined in white on either side of the stylized mountain. The remaining color white is considered background or transparent areas, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle, outline of the label under the bottle cap, and the bottle cap indicate the shape and/or placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
