The mark consists of a grey label on which there are two thin horizontal lines in grey on the upper portion; at the top center of the mark appears the wording "SINCE 1872" separated by a circle within which is a stylized letter "N" with curved parallel bands resembling a wing partially wrapped around the right side of the letter, all in black; the word "NEMIROFF" appears in large stylized lettering in black in the upper center of the label; above the word "NEMIROFF" is the wording "THE INKED COLLECTION" in small font in black with a black dot on each side of the wording "THE INKED COLLECTION"; below the word "NEMIROFF" are two horizontal lines in grey, with a separation in the center; below the lines is the stacked wording "BURNING PEAR" in black with a thin black horizontal line between the words and one black dot on each side of the word "PEAR"; below which appears a fanciful design of a snake intertwined with a plant in black and grey, a bee in black, grey and gold; a honeycomb in brown and gold; a pear in green; and peppers in black and orange; on the left side of the label is the wording "NEMIROFF", "HONEY PEPPER & PEAR" and "NEMIROFF BURNING PEAR", all in fanciful script with curled lines in black. There is a black dot on each side of the word "NEMIROFF" above the wording "BURNING PEAR". On the right side of the label appears the wording "PURE WATER" with a design of a drinking glass and diamond, the wording "ALCOHOL OF LUX CLASS" with a design of sheaths of wheat and a crown, the wording "CHILI PEPPER" with a design of peppers, the wording "NATURAL HONEY" with a design of a bee; and the wording "PROPRIETARY 11-STAGE FILTRATION SYSTEM" with a black dot on each side of the wording, all in black.
