The mark consists of the word "COLOGNOLE" in stylized black font beneath two rectangular banners; the left-hand banner being blue and containing inside it four panels demarcated with silver lines, the top left and bottom right quadrants containing a silver shooting star above two silver anchors crossed over one another, and the top right and bottom left quadrants containing three silver stars above a silver bird in flight; the right-hand banner being bisected horizontally, with the top half of the banner being gold and containing inside it a stylized black elephant surrounded by three red stars, and the bottom half of the banner being blue and containing inside it three white sheep outlined in black; above each banner is a gold crown outlined in black and with a red interior, and with the right-hand crown being tipped with silver jewels.
