The mark consists of a beige label with the appearance of a cigar band all of which is outlined in brown in the center of which with a horizontally oriented beige oval shape to the right and left the oval is a brown band that extends past the ovals superimposed on each are curved beige floral ornamentation, within the oval is a design of a vineyard landscape with mountains in the background and an estate in the center with trees around and behind and in the foreground a vineyard all of which is in brown and beige, at the top of the drawing with the brown word ESTATE superimposed on the center of the drawing, is a red curved rectangular shape within which is the beige wording NAPA VALLEY with a beige dot on either side, on either side of the rectangle are 16 brown dots, in the lower center of the drawing is a brown shield within which is a beige design of three pyramidal structures that are attached below which is a beige crescent moon, below which are three beige fleur-de-lis designs, below which is a brown rectangular shape with sides being curved within which is the stylized beige wording CATHIARD VINEYARD, on the bottom of the drawing on either side are 27 brown dots.
