The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising specific design features of the product packaging for a wine bottle that include a black cap appearing at the top of the bottle and a label that wraps around and covers the entire bottle. The label consists of a beige background with a green rectangle appearing at the base of the neck of the bottle. Within the green rectangle is the wording "PLANET B" in a stylized white font and below the rectangle is the wording "MURVIEDRO" in a stylized black font. The wording "PLANET B" appears vertically in a black stylized font on the left side of the bottle. On the bottom of the bottle appears a stylized drawing of a vineyard appearing in red, purple, and ocher stripes and squares and a stylized depiction of green hills. The shape of the cap and bottle are not claimed a feature of the mark and are depicted in dotted lines for the purpose of showing the position of the mark on the goods.
