The mark consists of the block outlined letters IECEX with the X depicted in smaller font than the letters IECE. The letters are depicted on top of a shaded moon which is partially shown and is shaded darker towards the middle of the moon and appears lighter towards the perimeter of the moon; the moon is partially blocking a spherical object representing the sun. The sun is lighter in the middle, and shaded towards the outside with a dark outlined perimeter. The entire design is depicted on a dark shaded square with three lighter horizontal lines depicted on the bottom right portion of the shaded square and the depiction of the shaded moon. The colors black, white and gray represent a transparent area, shading, background or outlining and are not a feature of the mark.
