The mark consists of the stylized black wording "D&T'S CITY OF PUERTO RICO" at the top of the mark, where "D&T'S" is slightly smaller and higher than the wording "CITY OF PUERTO RICO". Beneath that wording is a large beige square with a black outline. In the upper-left of the interior of the square is the stylized black wording "SUNNY 51°". In the upper-right of the interior of the square is a design of a sun with 10 wavy orange lines as rays around it. The interior of the black outlined circular body of the sun includes red segments at the top and the bottom also outlined in black. In its middle is a blue segment outlined in black with a black star near the left side of the segment. Above and below the blue segment are two beige bars. Beneath the sun design is a skyline with seven gray buildings outlined in black, each with identically sized square beige windows outlined in black along the bottom border of the large square. Between the sun design and the buildings of the skyline, on the right side of the interior of the large beige square, is an artist's black signature.
