The mark consists of a two-dimensional configuration of a box design divided into eighteen panels wherein four of the panels contain a partial image of a lotus flower design, one panel features two non-Latin characters, followed by "(Taishan9)" and two non-Latin characters, one panel features the wording "TAISHAN TEA FLAVOUR" to the right of a lotus design with a flower blooming represented by horizontal lines and circles with a stone tablet in an irregular shape featuring non-Latin characters to the left of it, one panel with a crest design with grotesque figures holding up the wording "TS" in the crest and the shaded circle appearing to the right of it and one panel featuring a part of the lotus flower design with the stone tablet in an irregular shape featuring non-Latin characters to the right of it. The broken lines depicting edges and shape of the box indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
