The mark consists of a decorative label as applied to a three dimensional configuration of a silver bottle consisting of a composite of two design portions applied to different parts of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle and cap in the mark indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not considered part of the mark. The portions of the bottle shape appearing as silver are not claimed as features of the mark. The mark consists of the wording "SAINT HONORE" in black stylized font with "SAINT" atop "HONORE". Above the wording and wrapped on the neck of the bottle is a black irregular grid pattern forming irregular rectangles. Various rectangles in the grid are silver, blue, and red. Below the wording is another irregular grid pattern outlined in black with irregular rectangles shaded in silver, blue and red. On the front side of the bottle the black "SAINT HONORE" wording is near the top. On the reverse side of the bottle the black wording "SAINT HONORE" is on the bottom right. Above this wording is a grid pattern outlined in black with irregular rectangles shaded in silver, blue and red.
