Mark description

The mark consists of the mark consists of the stylized wording "THUNDER" in raised red lettering with a yellow inner border, a white outer border, and partially outlined in black, with the sides of the raised lettering appearing in gray; under the wording "THUNDER" is the image of a city skyline shaded in blue and gray; overlapping the image of the skyline is a curved band in yellow, with a partial white border, which crosses over and through the center of the "U" in "THUNDER", and has a lightning bolt at its top end; the lightning bolt end is partially outlined in black and appears raised with gray sides; overlapping the wording "THUNDER", the skyline, and the curved yellow band is the gray image of a gladiator in a carriage drawn by two horses in black and gray; below all of these other elements is the wording "WHEELER" in white, flanked on either side by three white horizontal straight bands, and inside a shaded dark blue quadrilateral carrier that appears raised with a blue border and gray sides; the wording and design are all bordered in white followed by a black border; the gray background is intended solely as background and/or transparent area and is not a claimed feature of the mark.
