Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with a blue cap and blue top of the bottle separated by a black line. In the bottom third of the blue top is a decorative white band of flowers above a red band containing the wording "PRODUCED AND BOTTLED BY GAS FAMILIA" in white. The color then turns gray and then tapers outwards for a wider cylinder shape. At the top of the wider portion is a white circle with a blue outline over a design of blue and white mountains. Within the circle is the portrait of a man's head in blue white and red and around the inside of the circle is the wording "ORIGINAL PRODUCT OF GAS FAMILIA DISTILLERY" in blue. This is directly above a blue rectangular label with a blue and white outline containing the stylized wording "GORAL" in white with blue accents. Below this is the design of a seated man facing sideways sitting down drawn in blue wearing a red white and blue cap, red blue and white vest and white pants in front of a mountain. Below the man is a blue and white horizontal border composed of a floral design. Under the design in blue is the wording "TRADITIONAL," "700 ml alc. 40% vol". On each side through the entire length of the wider portion of the bottle are parallel horizontal blue lines containing the same white floral pattern as on the top of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle and bottle stopper indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
