The mark consists of a three-dimensional product packaging configuration of a bottle with a gold cap featuring a gold crest symbol with a crown on top and two lions on either side of a shield which contains two gold fleur de lis designs and a banner ribbon below the shield. The neck of the bottle is burgundy and gold. The same crest design that appears on the top of the cap also appears on the neck label in gold with a red shield divided by a gold banner separating the two gold fleur de lis and the wording "MAXIME TRIJOL" in gold and a red stripe at the top of the neck label and a red stripe at the bottom of the neck label. Underneath the neck is an impression of a design of a fleur de lis embossed into the bottle. In the middle of the body of the bottle is a vertical oval label with the same crest design that appears on the neck above the wording "MAXIME TRIJOL" in gold, all on a burgundy and red background with a gold oval border. The entire body of the bottle is impressed with curved lines that mimic the outline of the center oval. The broken or dotted lines outlining the overall shape of the bottle, the bottle neck, bottle cap, the label on the neck of the bottle and the oval label on the center of the body of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
