The illustration of Applicant's mark has a central portion which depicts shading having a circular-shaped outward edge enclosed within a circular border. The shading is divided into two portions by a lighter section which extends from the upper left to the lower right of the shading. The two portions of the shading define a lower right portion and an upper left portion. The lower right portion of the shading has a left side which extends upward from the left to the right side of the illustration with a serrated upper edge which depicts, in abstract, an upper periphery of a mountain range. The outward, right side of the lower right portion of the shading has a circular periphery. The upper left portion of the illustration has a right side with a slight curvature which extends from a lower side to an upper, central side of the shading. The upper left portion of the shading defining the illustration has a left side with a circular-shaped outer edge. The letters "TCA" are set forth in large font. The term "The Compliance Alliance" is set forth in a stylized format in significantly smaller font than the letters "TCA". The term "The Compliance Alliance" is also significantly smaller than the illustration.
