The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the cardboard box packaging of the goods. The mark consists of the following, all of which are elements of the mark unless otherwise so stated, with the drawing oriented in the landscape format: a central, large white rectangle and four smaller rectangles at, respectively the bottom left, lower left, top right and upper right; none of those five rectangles is an element of the mark; a red border in the configuration of the outlined of the product box top, as flattened; the center white rectangle is framed by a border that is black, yellow, dark red, then yellow; interposed into that border in the middle on top and bottom, from the white center rectangle to the respective edge of the mark, is a dark red box bordered in yellow, then dark red and then yellow; the top of such box is rectangular and contains the word "CASTORLAND" in white; the bottom such box is rectangular except for an arching top, bordered in yellow, that intrudes into the white central rectangle, and it contains the wording "CASTORLAND" in white, "WWW.CASTORLAND.PL" in yellow; on either side of the center white rectangle is a dark red rectangle running vertically, bordered by vertical yellow lines and containing the words "CASTORLAND" in white "WWW.CASTORLAND.PL" in yellow.
