Class 41

Education services in the form of providing elementary through 12th grade classroom instruction and training for children, teenagers, and young adults aging out of foster care, all with serious behavioral or mental health issues, in the fields of modifying behavior, learning self control, establishing life skills, developing and improving social skills, and preparing for careers; mentoring children, teenagers, and young adults with serious behavior or mental health issues in the fields of academic performance, establishing life skills, developing and improving social skills, modifying behavior, hobbies, building healthy relationships, and developing support systems; providing career counseling, life skills training, career planning in the nature of vocational guidance, and career training for teenagers, young adults, and medically fragile children, all as they age out of foster care

Class 43

Child care; juvenile corrections services, namely, providing residential services for court-ordered children and teenagers; child welfare services, namely, providing residential homes and housing for at-risk children, at-risk youth, and/or medically fragile children in the nature of group homes; runaway and homeless shelter for teens

Class 44

Psychological counseling for children and teenagers with serious behavioral or mental health issues; psychological counseling of parents and families in an effort to keep at-risk children and teenagers and/or medically fragile children in the home

Class 45

Foster care; organizing and conducting support groups for children and teenagers with serious behavioral or mental health issues in the fields of modifying behavior, learning self control, developing and improving social skills, providing emotional support, and coping with mental health issues; organizing and conducting support group services for foster parents to help them deal with challenges related to caring for foster children and/or medically fragile children in the home in an effort to keep the children in the home; counseling of parents and families in the fields of social skills development and improvement, emotional support, behavioral modification, and coping with behavioral or mental health issues in an effort to keep the children in the home; providing emotional counseling and emotional support services in the fields of modifying behavior, learning self control, developing and improving social skills, providing emotional support, coping with mental health issues, and coping with health and medical issues and emotional counseling in the form of behavioral support services for troubled and at-risk youth and their birth and foster families in an effort to keep the youth and children in the home; adoption services, namely, adoption agencies, adoption counseling, and adoption placement
