Within the dark green triangle is a smaller red isosceles triangle. The pediment is supported by three columns, the left hand column consists of red bricks with each separate brick containing gradations of the color red. The middle column is a rolled diploma, standing on one end and tied in the center with a green ribbon. The diploma is delineated in shades of gray and highlighted with white in the middle. The right column has the design of a Doric column delineated in shades of gray and white. There is a green line under the three columns beneath which the capital letters NJEFA appear in dark green with a black shadow effect. There is a second green line under these letters and above the words NEW JERSEY EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY.
