The borders located at the bottom two edges are thicker and contain text in stylized font. The text in the lower border, below the left side of the box is "NAVAL PHST CTR", and the text in the lower border, below the right side of the box is "NAVSEA * OPLOG" . Note, the separator in the mark between "NAVSEA" and "OPLOG" is a round graphic shape represented here, in text with an asterisk (*). The text used in the lower borders is filled with the same color gray as used for the right side of the box..
