Detalhes do despacho: As descrições "máscaras de respiração", na classe NCL(11) 9, e "luvas, incluindo as feitas de pele, couro ou pelos", na classe NCL(11) 25 são muito amplas para fins de classificação, porque potencialmente compreendem produtos de outras classes. Em consonância com a seção 5.4.1 do Manual de Marcas, serão promovidas, de ofício, as alterações necessárias à adequação da especificação à Classificação Internacional de Nice nos seguintes casos: c) Os termos constantes da especificação podem ser alterados a ponto de se tornarem suficientemente claros e precisos. Assim, como parte da análise da especificação, substituem-se as referidas descrições, respectivamente, por "máscaras de respiração, sem ser para respiração artificial" e "luvas, a saber: luvas feitas de pele, couro ou pelos".
