Abstract
Patente de Invenção de "VACINAÇÃO CONTRA DOENÇAS RESULTANTES DE RESPOSTAS PATOGÊNICAS POR POPULAÇÕES DE CÉLULAS T ESPECÍFICAS" . A presente invenção proporciona vacinas e meios de vacinas um hospedeiro de modo a prevenir ou controlar patologias mediadas por células T específicas. A vacina é composta de um polipeptídeo cuja seqüência de amino ácido corresponde a um segmento do receptor de célula T (TCR) presente na superfície das células T patogênicas. A vacina é administrada ao hospedeiro de uma maneira que induz uma resposta imunológica dirigada contra o TCR das células T patológicas. Esta resposta imunológica regula no ponto inferior ou anula as células T patogênicas, dessa forma removendo a patogênese da doença. Também são providos meios de determinar uma seqüências de amino ácido apropriada para uma tal vacina.
