Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPLEXOS DE ÁCIDO AMINO FOSFÔNICOS ORGÂNICOS RADIOSSELECIONADOS PARA O TRATAMENTO DE TUMORES CALCÍFICOS" . Radionuclídeos, emissores de partículas, por exemplo Gd-159, Ho-166, Lu-177 e Yb-175, foram complexados com ácidos aminoalquilenofosfônicos orgânicos em que o nitrogênio e o fósforo estão interligados por um grupo alquileno ou grupo alquileno substituído. Foi descoberto que estes complexos são úteis em composições para o tratamento terapêutico de tumores calcíficos em animais e em alívio de dores nos ossos.
