Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE DERIVADOS DE IMINO CÍCLICOS E DE COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS QUE OS CONTÊM". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de derivados de imino cíclicos com a fórmula geral B - X - A - Y - E (I) que compreende nomeadamente a) para preparar compostos com a fórmula geral I em que B representa um grupo amidino, que pode ser mono-di- ou trissubstituído num átomo de nitrogênio com um grupo amino, hidróxi ou alcóxi ou em ambos os átomos de nitrogênio com grupos alquila (1-5C), e os dois átomos de nitrogênio do grupo amidino podem estar ligados por um grupo alquileno (2-4C), fazer-se reagir um composto com a fórmula geral Z~ 1~- C(=NR~ 10~) - X - A - Y - E (II) opcionalmente formado na mistura reaccional, com uma amina com a fórmula geral R~ 1~- NH - R~ 12~(III) ou com os seus sais de adição de ácido, ou b) para preparar compostos com a fórmula geral I 5 em que B contém um grupo amino, reduzir-se um composto com a fórmula NC - X - A - Y - E (IV)
