Patente de invenção "COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E PROCESSOS PARA PREVENIR A SÍNTESE, A AÇÃO, OU A LIBERAÇÃO DE SRS-A OU LEUCOTRIENOS EM UM MAMÍFEROS E TRATA ASMA E DOENÇAS INFLAMATÓRIAS NO OLHO EM UM MAMÍFERO". Os compostos de fórmula I: são antagonistas de leocotrieno e inibidores da biossíntese do leucotrieno. Estes compostos são úteis como agentes anti-asmáticos, anti-alérgicos, anti-inflamatórios, e citroprotetores. Eles são úteis no tratamento da angina, espasmo cerebral, nefrite glomerular, hepatite, endotoxemia, uveite, e rejeição de enxertos estranhos.
