Patente de Invenção " SOLVENTE, COMPOSIÇÃO ESTABILIZADA, E, PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO ESTABILIZADA E PARA ESTABILIZAÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA" .Uma composição farmacêutica estabilizada, contendo paclitaxel, teniposida ou outro gente antineoplástico, suscetível de degradação durante ao armazenamento, é produzida usando um sistema de solvente contendo um baixo teor de ânion de carboxilato. O sistema de solvente é uma mistura de etanol e de um óleo de rícino polioxietilado. O óleo de rícino polioxietilado é tratado com um ácido ou contactado com alumina para reduzir o teor de ânion de carboxilato do solvente. O baixo teor de ânion de carboxilato do solvente provê elevada vida de armazenamento e baixas quantidades de subprodutos de degradação.
