Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO MICROBIOLÓGICO PARA A OBTENÇÃO DE UMA PROTEÍNA POR CULTURA DE UMA CEPA BACTERIANA MUTANTE ". A presente invenção tem por objetivo um processo microbiológico, permitindo a obtenção de uma proteína por cultura de bactérias gram-negativas portando uma mutação de um tipo particular, nas quais foi introduzida uma sequência de ADN, codificando para o percursor dessa proteína. A invenção encontra sua aplicação em numerosos domínios técnicos e mais particularmente, no preparo de medicamentos, cujo princípio ativo é uma proteína.
