Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA". Um processo de preparação de uma composição farmacêutica ou veterinária, que compreende diclofenac ou um sal do mesmo e 2-hidroxipropil beta-ciclodextrina, ou um complexo de inclusão de diclofenac ou um sal do mesmo e 2-hidroxipropil beta-ciclodextrina, inclui a etapa de dissolução do diclofenac ou um seu sal e a 2-hidroxipropil beta-ciclodextrina, ou o complexo de inclusão, em água para formar uma solução, a água tendo sido acidificada a um pH tal que o pH da solução seja de 6,0 a 8,5 inclusive, na ausência de um tampão de fosfato. A composição assim produzida tem boa estabilidade no armazenamento.
