Patente de Invenção " COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA SÓLIDA DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTROLADA, ADAPTADA PARA ADMINISTRAÇÃO ORAL" . É descrita uma composição farmacêutica, sólida, oral, de liberação controlada, para um regime de dosagem diária reduzida, em que o ingrediente terapêutico é uma droga básica pouco solúvel. A formulação compreende o uso de um sal de alginato solúvel em água, um sal complexo de ácido algínico e um ácido carboxílico orgânico em mistura com a droga terapêutica. É também descrita uma modalidade específica compreendendo uma forma de dosagem única diária para claritromicina.
