Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PRODUÇÃO DE PROTEÍNAS EM PROCARIONTES". Método para preparação de polipeptídios em bactérias com uma alanina no lugar de uma metionina no terminal N. A sequência de DNA expressa tem um códon de alanina imediatamente depois de um a cerca de três códons de metionina contíguas incluindo um sinal de ínicio de tradução e possibilita a expressão de polipeptídios tendo a sequência de aminoácidos de, por exemplo, proteínas eucarióticas de ocorrência natural como várias espécies de somatotropinas bovinas e suínas.
