"AGENTES DE TRANSFERÊNCIA DE ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS, COMPOSIÇÃO, UTILIZAÇÃO DE UM AGENTE DE TRANSFERÊNCIA E PROCESSOS DE TRATAMENTO DE CORPO HUMANO OU ANIMAL E DE TRANSFERÊNCIA DE ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a novos agentes de transferência, as composições contendo os mesmos e suas utilizações para a transferência in vitro, in vivo ou ex vivo de ácidos nucleicos nas células. Mais precisamente, a presente invenção refere-se a novos agentes de transferência de ácidos nucleicos que compreendem um espaçador hidrófobo ligado quimicamente de um lado a um policátion e por outro lado a pelo menos um substituinte hidrófilo.
