Abstract

FERRAMENTA DE CORTE ESFÉRICA" . Uma ferramenta de corte esférica tal como uma fresa de ponta esférica, uma fresa de ponta esférica afilada e semelhante é descrita, cujas extremidades cortantes são formadas em uma superfície esférica. As linhas tangenciais dos pontos respectivos das extremidades cortantes em uma superfície esférica é feito para ter um ângulo constante (hélice) relativo ao eixo da ferramenta. O dente poderia ser formado com o relevo excêntrico, e o dente é reforçado com um ângulo de relevo menor e uma largura de contato mais ampla. Então, a ferramenta pode ser operada a uma taxa de velocidade mais alta, tornando possível melhorar a eficiência de usinagem.
