Abstract
"VETORES ADENO-ASSOCIADOS PARA EXPRESSÃO DO FATOR VIII POR CÉLULAS ALVO". A presente invenção fornece vetores virais úteis para a expressão de genes em altos níveis nas células humanas. Em particular a presente invenção fornece vetores adeno-associados (AAV) úteis na terapia genética. Estes vetores são capazes de fornecer ácido nucleico contendo construtos que resultam na produção de níveis terapêuticos completos de Fator VIII biologicamente ativos no indivíduo receptor in vivo. A presente invenção fornece ainda composições farmaceuticas compreendendo os tais vetores AAV, assim como métodos para sua produção e o uso dos construtos.
