Abstract

"DERIVADO DE CIANOFENILA" Novos derivados de cianofenila substituídos por piperazino, nos quais um grupo carbamoíla ou sulfamoíla substituído, contendo um grupo arila ou heterocíclico opcionalmente substituído ou similar, está ligado ao átomo de nitrogênio que constitui o anel de piperazina. Estes derivados exibem atividades antiandrogênio e são, portanto, úteis na prevenção ou no tratamento de câncer prostático, hipertrofia prostática e assim por diante.
