Abstract
NÚCLEO DE MOLAS E RESPECTIVO MÉTODO DE FABRICO Método e sistema de fabrico de núcleo de molas (10) por ligação adesiva conjunta de séries (12) de molas em espiral embolsadas (14) utiliza um aplicador de adesivo em movimento (28) para depositar adesivo sobre uma série em movimento (12) de molas em espiral embolsadas (14). Subseqüentemente, séries individuais (12) são ligadas adesivamente a séries similares (12) para formar o núcleo de molas (10) de molas em espiral embolsadas (14). O aplicador em movimento (28) pode tomar uma de qualquer número de várias modalidades que incluem movimento de vaivém, movimento rotativo, movimento articulado e/ou movimento de translação linear para pulverização de um padrão de adesivo (22) sobre a série em movimento (12) de molas em espiral embolsadas (14).
