Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO PARA LOCALIZAR FLUIDO ALANTÓICO DE OVOS AVIÁRIOS" . São descritos métodos de coletar em poça ou localizar o fluido alantóico (16) presente em ovos de casca aviários (10), de modo que o fluido possa ser amostrado, avaliado ou injetado. Os métodos envolvem inclinar a casca de ovo aviário de modo que o eixo principal do ovo fique a cerca de 10 a 180 graus a partir da posição verticalmente ereta, de forma que o alantóide seja coletado numa poça sob a parte extrema superior da casa de ovo. O fluido alantóico pode então ser amostrado, ou uma substância ser injetada no alantóide, por uma agulha (17) ou sonda vertical, numa direção para baixo.
