Abstract

"PRODUÇÃO MELHORADA IN VIVO DE CEFALOSPORINA" A invenção apresenta DNA, células hospedeiras heterólogas, capazes de transcrever, traduzir, ou expressar o referido DNA e processos empregando tais células hospedeiras e suas culturas para uma produção melhorada in vivo de cefalosporinas aciladas com rendimento mais elevado. De acordo com a invenção, é apresentada uma célula hospedeira, que compreende uma enzima que possui atividade de expandase, que está predominante localizada no citossol (ao contrário de estar localizada principalmente em, ou com os peroxissomos ou microcorpos) da célula hospedeira.
