"REDE DE COMPUTADORES, PROCESSO PARA OPERAÇÃO DA MESMA, SERVIDOR DE ARMAZENAMENTO DE ENDEREÇO, E, PROCESSO PARA OPERAÇÃO DO MESMO" Em uma rede de computadores como a internet, computadores são capazes de permanecer permanentemente conectados à rede, sem precisar que os endereços fiquem permanentemente alocados a eles, Quando um computador desejar se comunicar com outro computador que não tenha endereço alocado a ele naquele momento, determinado por um servidor como um servidor de nome de domínio, uma mensagem é enviada para este computador solicitando que ele solicite um endereço, por exemplo, usando o protocolo de configuração de computador hóspede dinâmico.
