Abstract
"PROCESSO DE SINTETIZAR 5,5 DIFORMIL-2,2 -DIFURANO E SEUS DERIVADOS E APARELHO PARA REALIZAR O PROCESSO". O 5,5 -diformil-2,2 -furano é preparado com excelente rendimento por irradiação fotoquímica de furfural ou uma mistura de fufural e 5-bromo-2-furfural. Neste último caso, um removedor de ácido está presente. O solvente é acetontrila. O processo pode ser realizado continuamente, o 5-bromo-2-furfural agindo como um catalisador, o furfural sendo adicionado e o produto sendo colhido continuamente.
