Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "UNIDADE DE BOMBA SUBMERGÍVEL PARA USO EM UM FURO DE SONDA" . Montado em um invólucro (12) cheio com um fluido lubrificante encontra-se um primeiro eixo (14, 102, 120) que tem uma primeira superfície circunferencial (15), uma primeira região de extremidade (81) e uma segunda região de extremidade oposta (134). Além disso, um segundo eixo (16) fica montado em linha com o primeiro eixo (14, 102, 120). O segundo eixo tem uma segunda superfície circunferencial (17), uma terceira região de extremidade (132) oposta à segunda região de extremidade (134) e uma quarta região de extremidade oposta (163). A fim de aperfeiçoar a lubrificação das peças suscetíveis a desgaste da unidade de engrenagem e para a remoção do calor produzido pelas perdas de atrito, cada um dos dois eixos (14,16) recebem um conduto longitudinal (80, 107, 121, 160) cada qual conectado às regiões de extremidade associadas (81, 132, 134, 163) para a superfície circunferencial associada (15,17) por meio dos condutos de fluido (82, 136, 162). Um dispositivo de bomba (60, 62, 156, 158) é provido no sentido de bombear o fluido lubrificante ao longo das superfícies circunferenciais (15,17) e através dos condutos longitudinais (80, 107, 121, 160).
