A presente invenção diz respeito a um composto da fórmula: ou um seu sal de adição de ácido ou solvato farmaceuticamente aceitável, em que R é cicloalquila C~ 3~-C~ 7~, (cicloalquil C~ 3~-C~ 7~)-alquileno C~ 1~-C~ 4~ ou benzila; R^ 1^ é fenila facultativamente substituída por 1 ou 2 substituintes cada um independentemente selecionado de entre fluoro e cloro; X é O ou NSO~ 2~R^ 2^; e R^ 2^ é alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~ ou halo(alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~), em conjunto com processos para a preparação de tais compostos, intermediários usados na sua preparação, composições que os contém e seus usos, tendo atividade antagonista de taquicinina.
