Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ENSAIO DE ANALITO USANDO MARCAS EM PARTÍCULAS". Método para detecção específica de um ou mais analisados em uma amostra. O método inclui especificamente associar qualquer um ou mais analisados na amostra com uma partícula detectável por luz dispersa, iluminando qualquer partícula associada com os analisados com luz sob condições as quais produzem luz dispersa a partir das partículas e nas quais a luz dispersa de uma ou mais partículas pode ser detectada por um olho humano com aumento de menos de 500 X e sem amplificação eletrônica. O método também inclui detectar a luz dispersa por quaisquer das partículas referidas sob estas condições como uma medida da presença dos analisados.
