Abstract

"FORMULAÇÕES COMPREENDENDO PAROXETINA DISSOLVIDA". A presente invenção refere-se a formulações farmacêuticas em que a paroxetina está em solução em um veículo sólido, semi-sólido ou líquido. As soluções são usadas para encher cápsulas, ou soluções sólidas de auto-suporte são moldadas em formas de dosagem sólidas tais como tabletes e pelotas. Também são mostradas formulações liquidas em que um agente solubilizante é usado para solubilizar paroxetina em óleos e/ou lipídios, e métodos para evitar que outras formas de paroxetina se convertam em hemi-hidrato de veículos ou excipientes anidros ou hidrofóbicos.
