Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES TÓPICAS PARA DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE DROGA NSAI". Uma composição farmacêutica aquosa de uma consistência semi-sólida é provida para aplicação tópica de drogas anti-inflamatórias não-esteroidais (NSAI). A composição compreende uma ou mais drogas NSAI, um intensificador de penetração na pele polimérico não-básico e um solvente lipofílico. O intensificador de penetração na pele polimérico está presente em uma quantidade suficiente para aumentar a penetração na pele da droga NSAI. O solvente lipofílico é uma mistura de um álcool alifático C~ 2~ a C~ 8~ e um éster alifático C~ 8~ a C~ 30~.
