Abstract
"GRÂNULO, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UM GRÂNULO" Grânulos que incluem um núcleo de proteína são descritos. O núcleo de proteína inclui uma matriz de proteína que inclui uma proteína misturada juntamente com uma combinação de um açúcar ou de um açúcar-álcool e um agente de estruturação tal como um polissacarídeo ou um polipeptídeo. A matriz de proteína pode ser disposta em camadas sobre uma partícula de semente ou o grânulo de proteína pode ser homogêneo. A proteína pode ser uma enzima ou uma proteína terapêutica tal como um hormônio. Também são descritos processos para a preparação de grânulos.
