Abstract
VÍRUS DA SÍNDROME DE EMACIAÇÃO OU ENFRAQUECIMENTO GRADUAL MULTISISTÊMICO PÓS-DESMAME DE PORCOS A clonagem de um novo genoma viral PCVII é descrita assim como é a expressão de proteínas derivadas do genoma PCVII. Estas proteínas podem ser utilizadas em composições vacinais para a prevenção e tratamento de infecções por PCVII, bem como em métodos de diagnóstico para determinar a presença de infecções por PCVII num sujeito vertebrado. Os polinucleotídeos derivados do genoma viral podem ser utilizados com sondas ou iniciadores de diagnóstico.
