Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "IMIDAZOTRIAZINONAS 2-FENIL-SUBSTITUÍDAS COMO INIBIDORES DE FOSFODIESTERASE" . As imidazotriazinonas 2-fenil-substituídas com radicais alquila curtos, não ramificados, na posição-9, de acordo com a fórmula geral (I) são preparadas a partir das correspondentes 2-fenil-imidazotriazinonas por meio de clorossulfonação e subseqüente reação com as aminas. Os compostos inibem a fosfodiesterases metabolizantes de cGMO e são apropriadas como substâncias ativas em medicamentos, para o tratamento de doenças cardiovasculares e cerebrovasculares e/ou doenças do sistema urogenital, particularmente para a disfunção erectil.
