Descreve-se uma máquina de êmbolo rotativo, que trabalha como bomba, compressor ou motor, e em que uma parte de potência cicloidal é endentada com uma parte de bloqueio correspondentemente formada, sendo que o número de dentes é diferente em um. Disso resultam compartimentos de trabalho (16), cujo volume atinge um máximo e um mínimo pela rotação sincronizada de parte de potência e parte de bloqueio a cada revolução .
