Uma composição antimicrobiana enzimática composta de haloperoxidase, uma fonte de peróxido de hidrogênio, uma fonte de haleto, e uma fonte de amônio, especialmente um sal de amônio ou um aminoálcool, na qual existe efeito sinergético até agora desconhecido entre o haleto e a fonte de amônio.
