Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA INIBIR A POLIMERIZAÇÃO DE MONÔMEROS DE VINILA". Descreve-se um alfa-tocoferol como um inibidor de polimerização efetivo contra a polimerização do monômero de vinila. Verificou-se que o alfa-tocoferol inibe a polimerização de acrilonitrila e diolefinas, como o isopreno e butadieno. Verificou-se que o alfa-tocoferol interage sinergicamente com a hidroquinona na inibição da polimerização da acrilonitrila.
